2、Can I purchase frames online?

Yes, you are welcome to register as a member at Friday Eyewear’s website and purchase the styles online. Besides, we will send coupons to our register members when we do promotions. Besides, you can send inquiry to us or contact us online  at our website bluevisionoptical.com

3、Do you have MOQ for each order?

Our MOQ is only 10 pcs per order, it is convenient for opticians and retailers to make decision and purchase.

4、Can I customize my own logo? What is the MOQ for customizing brand?

Yes, we can customize your brand for you. Extra charge is based on the complexity of the customizing. Basically, MOQ is 12 pcs per sku.

5、Do you have FDA registration and drop ball test certificate for clearance?

Yes, we have FDA registration and drop ball test certificate for clearance. And we also have CE certificate.

6、Can you include barcode stickers?

Yes we can offer barcode sticker based on your requirements.

7、What’s the MOQ for OEM&ODM items?

For OEM&ODM items, you can develop with us, change the color, revise the shape etc. Basically, MOQ is 150 pcs per sku, 3 sku per style.

8、Are the case and cloth included?

No, we only offer frames at present.

9、How do you ship the goods?

Friday Eyewear cooperates with UPS, and your parcel will be delivered via UPS. The parcel can be delivered in 7-10 days after you place the order.

10、How much is the delivery charge?

According to our experience, the freight is 3 USD per pc at most for most of countries.

11、How can I pay for the order?

We support bank transfer and PayPal at present. You can pay via both ways.

About the warranty.

12、We make sure we do careful inspection of each frame, but it’s still possible a few issues will occur. We promise to offer brand new frames for replacement if you get defected frames from us.
